Hey there! We know "terms and conditions" can be a drag. We promise to keep it fun and simple (yet legal)!

At  SMOOTH Liquor we value our customers and producers, so we gotta lay down some ground rules..

 

By using our service, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you're not down with them, no hard feelings, but it means we can't be BFFs. Thanks for stopping by anyway!

Here are the highlights:

1. No underage sipping: We can't legally sell alcohol to anyone under 18. So, if you're not old enough, go and age a bit more.  Like a fine whisky. And come back when your'e legal,

2. One account per person: We're all about inclusivity, but let's keep it fair. Multiple accounts might get us confused.

3. Keep it legal and decent: We're not fans of naughty business. So, no sharing inappropriate stuff, no viruses, and definitely no invading anyone's privacy. Let's all be good digital citizens!

4. Personal use only: Our goodies are meant for your own enjoyment. Please don't become a slick salesperson and try to flip our products. That's not cool.

5. Privacy matters: We'll guard your personal info like a dragon guards its treasure. 

6. Be nice and play fair: Respect others' opinions, don't post false or misleading info, and, for the love of the gods, don't get yourself into any legal trouble. Let's keep things chill.

7. Did you know that you can make all sort of rules that can be binding. Maybe we should all read the Terms and Conditions of the sites we engage with.

8. If you decide to use this site, we will endeavor to make your drinking experience better. In return you agree not to sue, defame or conduct any legal proceedings against us or our staff. And agree to indeminfy us from all legal proceedings (so thanks!).
    

That's the gist of it! You're responsible for understanding and following these rules. If you don't play , well, we might have to bust out our secret liability kung fu moves. Trust us, you don't want that!
