Shipping Policy
Freight Costs
Standard shipping cost is $6.99 per order.
This includes all standard residential and commercial addresses, North and South Island.
Rural deliveries may be charged an extra $3.00 per order.
We reserve the fundamental right to hold an order, cancel an order, or alter the pricing at any time as a stopgap policy.
However, we maintain an overarching policy of consumer satisfaction over profiteering.
So there's that.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy is that you should be signing for your delivery.
(we pay for that extra service).
So its fair and reasonable that broken bottles would create significant liquid spillage and should be highly noticeable when receiving your package.
In that event, and when we are notified by you and the deliverer we will provide a replacement product or a refund at nil charge.
Please ensure to send us photos of any breakage.
If there is any product that you deem not suitable to purpose - please advise us and we will proactively work with you in replacing a faulty product.
In some instances, the photograph, may differ to the actual product. However if the product is the brand requested, including flavor, style, age or iteration is the same as ordered - or it is known that the brand is available in the public domain in the configuration, then this will be considered the one and the same product. Unless there is an anomaly when compared to the product delivered to the standard product as
typically sold by the brand owner.
