Through a collaborative effort with Darryl McNally, master distiller at The Dublin Liberties, this exceptional expression has been  crafted 
with a foundation of five-year-old whiskey, which has undergone a maturation process in ex-bourbon barrels, followed by a finishing
touch in uniquely "half-sized" virgin American oak barrels.
 
Tasting Notes:
Nose:  Aromas of cedar, toasted brown sugar, and the  essence of apricot-filled pastries.
 
Palate: The initial sip reveals a blend of caramel and vanilla taking center stage, while subtle hints of nutmeg, milky coffee, and macadamia unfold in the background.
 
Finish:  Waxed fruit notes complemented by a subtle tickle of black pepper. Leaves a memorable and satisfying impression.
